United By A Song

Mood/Music Monday

Though I've managed to find 9 songs that aren't performed by Jack White, he's pretty much what I've been listening to going on 2 weeks now (minus the night I spent watching Conor Oberst videos while editing). This is pretty typical of my relationship with music. I find something I like, love, can't live without, and obsess over it until I've heard it so many times I have to ask myself why I'm not listening to something else. And then I'll come back to it days, weeks, years later, and it will remind me of who I was when I listened to it back then, and who I am listening to it now, and somehow those two separate people are bridged together, united by a song.
