Grand Forks Reading—Saturday
I received a text from a friend this afternoon saying, "Nice picture and article in the paper." I had no idea she was talking about this. It's still strange and very cool for me to see press about Legacy and the Bloodline series.
As the article mentions, I will be at the Grand Forks Public Library this coming Saturday (Oct. 29). I'm meeting with the GFPL teen reading group (yay!) from 2-3 p.m., and then will be doing a public reading/book signing from 3-4 p.m. I'm planning to do a reading from Bloodline Book 2: Legends for the teen reading group—just have to figure out what section I'd like to read.
I've been very busy doing a thorough edit of Bloodline Book 3 (currently untitled), getting it ready for eventual release. My next project will be writing a novel for National Novel Writing Month in November, which means I'll be starting a novel from scratch this coming Tuesday with the intention of completing it on or before November 30. The book will be the first in a series entitled After the Fall, though I have yet to decide whether or not it will be YA. I'm never happier than when I'm writing, so I'm really looking forward to getting some work done...
